At the Monasterio Restaurante we offer you a gastronomic option of signature cuisine through the revaluation of the local product.

Also, you will be surprised with the traditional gastronomy with a modern touch. The preparation and presentation of the dishes is unique and we can always adapt to your necessities.

We still have the ancient barrels where the monks prepared their own wine. At the Monasterio Restaurant you can taste the best local products like wine of the Bodega Tempore, complemented with cheese from Samper de Calanda and ham D.O. of Teruel with olive oil from Bajo Aragón, bread and artisanal products of the area, among others.
